1st Infantry Division's Aviation Units.

This site is a civilian hosted page, not a DOD site. Established 14 May 2003.

This web site began as 'superprimum.org', back in the last half of the 1990's,
as a site for the history of the 1st Avn Bn, 1st ID, in Vietnam, 16 Oct 1965 - 15 April 1970.
As you will see it has expanded to what it is today, a site for all 1st ID Aviation Units.
From the 1st Aviation Company, to the current 1st Combat Aviation Brigade.
This includes battalions of 1st Aviation Regiment, troops of the 4th and 6th Cav, and 601st Avn Spt Bn.

I have come to a place in my life where I need to "pass the baton" to someone willing to 'carry on' the site.

The site is currently host by 'Bluedomino.com' at $7.95 a month, plus reoccurring domain registration fees.

As you might be aware this site is linked off the "Society of the First Infantry Division" organization site.

It would be a great loss if no one steps forward to 'carry on' the site.
